Harvest Moon
Harvest Moon

There's nothing quite like that instrumental guitar strum on the front end of Neil Young's "Harvest Moon" to set the tone. This particular piece celebrates all the magic of something new, created entirely during a 2.5 hour phone conversation with someone truly special. It captures the essence of a magical moonlit summer night, holding hands, sharing secrets and letting go of all inhibitions.
The waning moon is a time to let go of things that don't serve us - doubts, fears, and self-consciousness just to name a few. This piece represents the shedding of three and in lifting the soul of these contrived and false ideas, we make space for something beautiful, new and whole. This phase of the moon allows us to celebrate what has served us in the first two cycles by making space for more good...out with the bad and in with the good.
And this one is so stinking good.
