I’m not a country lover, but while painting this particular series, I was drawn to Patsy Cline’s “I Fall to Pieces” and it just fits. Rather than sing about a long lost love, I simply do fall to pieces when I look out on these picturesque green hills I call home…pinch me because some days it doesn’t feel real. And as such, I fall to pieces…each time I drive to and from home - the pinks and greens mingling ever so breathtakingly.
